Deepwater, HP/HT, and managed-pressure drilling (MPD) specialist. Founder and CEO of Metamorphic and architect of WDDP — the platform the group runs its programs on, unifying drilling, P&A, and carbon strategy in one operating picture. Rig-floor authority, backed by the data and technology to run modern well programs end to end.

Four decades offshore, roustabout to Senior Drilling Supervisor, with operators including bp. Well Control Advisor and founder of the California Drilling School (IWCF and IADC certification) and Flying A Services (Well Control Risk & Competency frameworks). Veteran of a landmark North Sea platform abandonment — one of the largest decommissioning projects in the region's history — and a plug-and-abandonment specialist. His principle: prevention is cheaper than intervention, and competency is the ultimate well-control barrier. BSc Engineering.

Over 40 years of worldwide drilling operations — from the first rigless abandonment in the North Sea for Hamilton Brothers to the longest land horizontal wells drilled in Russia, at over 12,500 m. Deepwater MPD and HPHT specialist; Drilling Manager and Superintendent on wildcat and deepwater campaigns across Mexico, Indonesia, Africa, and India. Founder of DU-EL Drilling and Focus Petroleum. Brings the investor network and capital-markets credibility to fund the rig program — over US$11 million raised — plus deep government and industry relationships in Mexico.
